I designed the end-to-end UX and UI for reservations, staffing, and day-to-day operations, building a consistent design system for complex workflows (statuses, tags, calendars, and multi-step forms) across desktop and mobile.

MySharingSystem centralizes reservations, availability, and team operations in a single web app. Teams can manage booking flows and calendar-based availability, track statuses and tags at a glance (confirmed, pending, cancelled; sick, paid leave, off, vacation), and keep guest context like allergies and special notes visible when it matters. Staff workflows are supported through request/absence management, shift timing (entry, break, exit), and operational tools such as tips distribution and petty-cash tracking so the front-of-house and back-office stay aligned in real time.
