This project focuses on designing a clear, compliant, and manager-friendly interface for tracking employee working time, overtime, telework, and absences.
The goal was to simplify complex HR data into intuitive views while ensuring traceability, validation workflows, and legal compliance.
UX Decisions & Design Rationale
Data density without clutter → tables + progressive disclosure
Color-coded semantics (green = positive, yellow = alert, red = issue)
Consistent icons for telework, on-site, alerts, edits
Human-readable time formats instead of raw timestamps
Accessibility-aware contrast for long HR usage sessions
